EXCHANGE
If you are looking to exchange your order for the following reasons, we are here to help!
- You received the wrong product from our end.
- You received a defective product from our end.
You may opt for an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
RETURN:
In the event of not being satisfied with the order delivered, you may place a return request with us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your returned order back at our store, we shall make the necessary adjustments and ship it back to you.
REFUND:
We refund your complete amount if the item has returned to our warehouse within 15 days.
